Client Advocate I - Remote

Overview

The Client Advocate supports service & administration of Meritain products to achieve client satisfaction and profitable growth by building relationships with assigned clients, brokers and internal partners.

In Short

• Servicing your assigned book of business.
• Acknowledge customer’s inquiry within 1 business day.
• Create and maintain PDET cases as outlined in policy guidelines.
• Acts as the single point of contact for client’s operational inquiries and escalated issues.
• Provide resolutions for Claims, Enrollment, ID cards, COBRA, FSA, and more.
• Conduct client portal training.
• Support operational departments to enhance member experience.
• Identify opportunities to support account owners in strategic plans.
• Work until 4 PM PST.
• 1-2 years of experience in client advocacy or customer service roles required.

Requirements

• Strong time management and active listening skills.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with stop-loss and claims processing.
• Familiarity with DG and Salesforce platforms.
• General knowledge of Meritain applications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
