Overview

The Area Sales Director (ASD) is a leader in the CVRx U.S. sales organization responsible for the growth, planning, and execution of commercial activities for assigned region, ensuring that goals are achieved or exceeded.

In Short

  • Leads and manages activities of all commercial field employees within the region.
  • Identifies commercial accounts that will perform to the highest standards.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key site personnel.
  • Models adherence to sales management processes and reporting systems.
  • Provides technical support for implants and follow-up activities.
  • Participates in targeting and profiling potential customers.
  • Presents and discusses CVRx’s devices with healthcare professionals.
  • Facilitates training programs to ensure objectives are met.
  • Ensures accurate record-keeping in Salesforce.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience in sales management within the medical device industry.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to leverage data insights for commercial success.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
