Sales Trainer and Coach - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Trainer & Coach, you will support the growth and success of the Customer Success team through training and coaching.

In Short

• Work remotely with occasional travel (up to 10%)
• Provide training and coaching support to Customer Success Managers
• Collaborate with the training lead to develop learning experiences
• Conduct recurring coaching sessions and provide actionable feedback
• Build and maintain coaching documentation and scorecards
• Share coaching insights with Customer Success leadership
• Measure performance improvements and coaching impact
• Offer increased support to underperforming team members
• Champion individual growth and development
• Play a key role in elevating the capabilities of the Customer Success team

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales training or coaching
• Familiarity with coaching frameworks and sales training best practices
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Experience with sales tools and CRM platforms
• Organized and proactive mindset
• Collaborative approach across teams
