Senior Fullstack Engineer - EMEA - Remote

Overview

We are seeking talented Senior Fullstack Engineers to join our growing engineering team! You’ll work on challenging problems, building scalable, robust services and user interfaces that drive the future of customer engagement technology.

In Short

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable services in Go and user interfaces in JavaScript (React & Ember).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with partners across Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Own the entire development lifecycle, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Lead by example, mentoring peers and contributing to a culture of shared knowledge.
• Identify opportunities to improve backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Influence product direction through technical insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks (Ember.js or React preferred).
• Proficiency in backend technologies, ideally with Go.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and services.
• A cloud-native mindset with experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Passionate about building high-quality, testable code.
• Strong collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
• Problem-solving expertise.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
