Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Customer.io, you’ll act as the project manager for the successful onboarding of accounts, and dedicated, ongoing support for your assigned customers.

In Short

  • Transition calls with key stakeholders to outline the onboarding plan and timetable.
  • Conversations with customers to help them plan and implement their messaging goals.
  • Organize customer data for effective campaigns and newsletters.
  • Provide dedicated support and initial troubleshooting for customers.
  • Follow up with customers after onboarding.
  • Assess customer growth plans for successful renewals.
  • Collaborate with the contracts team on renewals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager for technical products.
  • Fluency in French, Russian, and/or Spanish is preferred.
  • Must be located in a PST time zone and available to work standard PST hours.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Background in SaaS.
  • Experience communicating with software developers.
  • Strong opinions about customer experience.
  • Bonus: Experience designing lifecycle messages.
