As a Contract Deal Desk Analyst at Customer.io, you will support our go-to-market teams, helping to structure, review, and execute deals that drive predictable revenue growth while ensuring compliance and alignment across various teams.

In Short

• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams in deal management.
• Optimize the quote-to-close process for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Review and approve deals to ensure alignment with pricing strategies.
• Manage deal submissions in Salesforce and related tools.
• Provide insights on deal trends for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Support revenue forecasting and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to navigate non-standard deal requests.
• Contribute to a seamless deal experience for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
• Strong understanding of deal structures and pricing models.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience supporting global go-to-market teams is a plus.
• Located in the United States and able to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time (EST).
