Overview

The Senior Facilities Coordinator supports the Facility Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, and services of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Supervise maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.
• BizSafe Level 2 certification required.
• Manage Work at Height (MWAH) certification required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications and blueprints.
• Proficient in contract language and financial management.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
