Senior Accountant - NOAM - Remote

Overview

The Senior Accountant - NOAM is responsible for leading and supervising the accounting team, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and improving operational efficiencies.

In Short

• Provide leadership to the accounting team.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting.
• 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi and/or MRI software preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to train and mentor others.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and make judgment calls.
