Overview

The Property Manager for Multifamily is responsible for maintaining communities to a market-ready standard and ensuring high levels of service while motivating teams to maximize property performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong office and bookkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Experience in conflict resolution.
• Ability to travel as needed.
