Overview

The Multifamily Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high-level of service, at all times.

In Short

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance and lease administration.
• Provide superior customer service to enhance satisfaction and increase renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track and evaluate advertising and client traffic.
• Maintain effective on-site staff through hiring and coaching.
• Manage overall community budget and finances.
• Work with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring compliance with policies.
• Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive living environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of on-site Multifamily Assistant Property Manager experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage a team and improve staff performance.
• Ability to travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
• Physical capability to perform essential functions of the job.
