Property Manager, Multifamily - Remote

Overview

The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining communities to a market-ready standard while ensuring a high level of service and motivating teams to maximize property performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of Management experience.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong office, bookkeeping, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience in leasing and marketing strategies.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
