Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Real Estate License preferred.
• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Affordable residential property management.
• Proficient in Yardi systems.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
• Experience in conflict resolution.
