Overview

The Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for overseeing the management of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with management agreements, and providing leadership to property staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in progress.
• Possess a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate tasks.
• Experience in negotiating commercial leases.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
