Overview

The Property Manager (CRE) is responsible for managing properties for clients, ensuring compliance with management agreements, and leading property staff.

In Short

  • Manage lease administration duties and monitor collections.
  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and management to property staff.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties.
  • Develop and oversee operating and capital budgets.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  • Maintain accurate lease administration.
  • Coordinate tenant and building construction work.
  • Foster relationships with tenants and clients.
  • Participate in leasing and management meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation preferred.
  • Possess a real estate license.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
  • Ability to analyze and manage a team effectively.
  • Experience in analyzing and negotiating leases.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
