Overview

The Assistant Property Manager at JLL will support the management of a retail property portfolio in the East Bay Area, providing assistance with maintenance, tenant relations, collections, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with property management financials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Yardi and accounts management preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs.
• Relationship-building skills to maintain tenant and owner satisfaction.
