Senior Program Manager - Commercial Real Estate - Remote

Overview

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Tampa Real Estate team to help oversee a commercial real estate construction program for our client. The ideal individual will be experienced in maintaining client relationships, stakeholder management, financial reporting, procurement and contracting, and successful program delivery.

In Short

• Manage and influence defined processes and procedures for program delivery.
• Responsible for documenting the execution and delivery scope requirements.
• Maintain program framework and playbook for execution and delivery.
• Analyze program risks and opportunities, and their impact on cost and schedule.
• Support the development of efficient program processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company rules on all projects managed.
• Design and conduct training sessions on new processes and efficiencies.
• Prepare reports on governance performance for various audiences.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness and articulate business decisions.
• Lead and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant Construction Program Management experience.
• Knowledge of Construction Program Management methods and best practices.
• Prior experience managing a Program Management Office (PMO).
• Technical skills to understand and communicate contract requirements.
• Technology competence in MS Office Suite and data management software.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organizationally astute.
• Excellent communication skills.
