Commercial Property Manager - Remote

Overview

The commercial property manager is responsible for management of commercial properties, tenant/owner satisfaction, keeping vacancy low at Redstone commercial properties, and helping build brand recognition and awareness.

In Short

• Serve as main point-of-contact for commercial tenants.
• Use property management software for lease review and reporting.
• Enforce lease terms and ensure tenant compliance.
• Develop marketing materials and negotiate leases.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Support facilities team with maintenance requests.
• Perform frequent property checks and follow up with tenants.
• Track accounts receivable and assist finance team.
• Work collaboratively to deliver exemplary customer service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

• Ability to adapt to changing project needs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Some evening and weekend hours required.
• Attendance is imperative for this position.
