Overview

The Property Administrator (CRE) performs essential administrative functions within the Property Management Team, ensuring professionalism in handling tenant requests and concerns.

In Short

  • Provide full administrative support including phone support and report typing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events.
  • Assist in lease administration and tenant communication.
  • Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Track and file contracts and insurance certificates.
  • Monitor property maintenance work orders and prepare reports.
  • Process management staff hours and tenant invoices.
  • Promote positive relationships with tenants and clients.
  • Assist with management reports and budget preparation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Initiative and multi-tasking ability.
