Overview

The Portfolio Administration Transitions Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing transitions within the Lease Administration Platform for new and existing assignments, ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to contractual obligations.

In Short

  • Manage Portfolio Lease Administration Transition projects.
  • Lead internal and client-facing service line meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee abstraction/migration/validation of leases.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on transition progress.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and client entities.
  • Ensure completion of all deliverables by the client team.
  • Support internal change management initiatives.
  • Generate best practice playbooks for lease administration.
  • Demonstrate initiative and urgency in daily duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 3+ years relevant work experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high priorities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand financial statements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and strategic thinking abilities.
