Planning & Documentation Manager (Hospital Project) - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of construction projects from inception to completion, particularly in hospital projects, ensuring effective coordination and execution.

In Short

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineers for timely execution.
• Prepare look-ahead plans for 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Generate various reports including delay analysis and risk logs.
• Manage resource loading and leveling for the project.
• Ensure all project dependencies are resolved.
• Prepare presentations for senior management meetings.

Requirements

• Postgraduate in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly hospital projects.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera software.
• Knowledge of PMP certification process.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Technical awareness of Civil, MEP, HVAC, and Architectural works.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
