Project Manager - Document Management - Remote

Overview

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world.

In Short

• Delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity.
• Timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and reports.
• Interpreting and communicating project support policies, processes, and systems.
• Monitoring and escalation of project management KPIs and performance metrics.
• Highlighting project process compliance issues to project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience.
• Proficiency in document management systems and software.
• Skilled in organizing and maintaining project documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Strong English skills.
