Manager, Project Planning - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Project Planning will take a leadership role in managing hospital renovation projects, leading a team of Project Managers and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Lead a team of Project Managers in planning renovation projects.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architectural, Engineering, Design Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of project or program management experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Preferred experience in healthcare renovation projects.
• Familiarity with the Ontario Capital Planning Process is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem recognition and resolution skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
