Overview

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the apartment community's appearance and ensuring a great living environment for residents.

In Short

• Responsible for property landscape upkeep and exterior maintenance.
• Handles cleaning of driveways, parking lots, and public areas.
• Maintains flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Performs snow removal and pool cleaning tasks.
• Provides world-class customer service to residents.
• Works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and staff.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains company tools.
• May work evenings or weekends as required.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
