Overview

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in ensuring the apartment communities are well-maintained and provide a pleasant living environment for residents.

In Short

• Responsible for the upkeep of property landscape and exterior image.
• Clean driveways, parking lots, and public areas.
• Maintain flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Perform snow removal and pool cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Work collaboratively with maintenance staff and supervisors.
• Dress according to company uniform standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools.
• Be available for on-call duties during evenings or weekends.
• Travel between properties as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to follow directions and safety protocols.
• Must be professional, courteous, and punctual.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Team player with effective listening skills.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
