Overview

The Porter is responsible for cleaning vacant units and common areas in a multifamily property, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and providing excellent customer service to residents.

In Short

• Cleans the property business office, restrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas.
• Prepares vacant apartment units for showing and occupancy.
• Maintains the exterior image of the property, including driveways and parking lots.
• Provides world-class customer service to residents.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assists with inventory control.
• Follows safety guidelines while performing job duties.
• Completes tasks on time and follows directions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Able to handle physical demands of the job.
