Overview

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the apartment community's landscape and ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents.

In Short

• Responsible for overall upkeep of property landscape and exterior image.
• Cleaning of public areas such as driveways, parking lots, and hallways.
• Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Snow removal and routine pool cleaning.
• Provide world-class customer service to residents.
• Work closely with Maintenance Supervisor and office staff.
• Dress according to company uniform standards.
• Maintain safety procedures and handle company tools and equipment.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Physical demands include lifting and outdoor work in varying weather.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant vocational training required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to take direction in English or Spanish.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and understand written information.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel between properties may be required.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
