Overview

The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the apartment community's landscape and ensuring a pleasant living environment for residents.

In Short

• Responsible for the upkeep of property landscape and exterior image
• Clean public areas including driveways, parking lots, and hallways
• Maintain flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
• Perform snow removal and pool cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Work under the Maintenance Supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company tools
• May require evening or weekend work on call
• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel between properties

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Must be professional and courteous
• Ability to follow directions in English or Spanish
• Must adhere to safety protocols
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be on time and follow company policies
• Ability to read and understand written information
