The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the apartment community's landscape and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

In Short

• Responsible for the upkeep of property landscape and exterior image.
• Cleaning of driveways, parking lots, and public areas.
• Maintenance of flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas.
• Snow removal and pool cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Work with the Maintenance Supervisor and staff on various projects.
• Maintain safety procedures and safeguard company tools.
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Requires communication in English or Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
