Overview

The Brokerage Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting a high-performing brokerage team by managing client service activities, coordinating marketing efforts, and handling complex travel logistics.

In Short

• Manage and maintain the pipeline database with accurate deal information.
• Provide sales and deal support, including invoicing and tracking payments.
• Organize and maintain transaction documents such as leases and contracts.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop pitch materials and proposals.
• Create and edit marketing collateral including brochures and flyers.
• Coordinate complex travel itineraries for team members.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars for fee-earners.
• Support onboarding of new team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proactive approach to challenges with strong project management abilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience supporting executive-level professionals preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Salesforce is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to take direction from multiple sources.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
