Assistant Property Manager (CRE) - Remote

Overview

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Sr. Assistant Property Manager job description, while ensuring a high level of professionalism and fostering positive relationships with tenants and clients.

In Short

• Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, and reports.
• Assist in lease administration activities and maintain property files.
• Coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
• Process invoices and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Oversee maintenance of work order and purchase order systems.
• Maintain a comprehensive Tenant Service Package.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties with service providers.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills.
• Participate in performance oversight of service contractors.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of real estate property management or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency.
