• Join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, designers, planners, and business professionals.
• Own the local position and increase market share in Minneapolis.
• Responsible for office operations while engaging in practice as a Project Manager or Architect.
• Evaluate the health of the office and its benefits to the firm.
• Consult with clients on design, specifications, and materials.
• Collaborate with design leaders to produce design concepts.
• Prepare contract documents and conduct site inspections.
• Lead new business development activities.
• Support team members in performance reviews and employee relations.
• Understand regional priorities for staffing and business engagement.

Requirements

• An accredited degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in Architecture.
• Current architect license/registration.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• High level of collaboration and communication.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices.
• Experience in business development initiatives.
• Understanding of financial plans including budgets and leases.
