Requirements

• ABET accredited degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of job-related experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the relevant state.
• Current NCEES license.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficient in WaterCAD and other modeling software.
• Established business development network.
• Proficient technical writing skills.
• Experience with RFP responses and fee proposals.
