Account Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Account Manager, you will support and manage caregivers through a self-service platform that connects families and caregivers, ensuring better working conditions and fair compensation.

In Short

• Support and manage caregivers without cold calls.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and assist with placements.
• Handle changes/emergencies and maintain caregiver relationships.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and guide conflict resolution.
• Work closely with international teams to optimize processes.
• Fluent in German (C1) and Romanian (C2) required.
• 1+ year experience in account management or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping caregivers.
• Self-motivated and proactive in managing client relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
