Operations Trainer and Quality Assurance Specialist - Remote

Overview

Responsible for providing training on Currance Standard Operating Procedures and accounts receivable follow-up to new employees, while ensuring compliance with Company QA standards.

In Short

• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Develop educational resources and training materials.
• Partner with department leaders for post-training development needs.
• Perform quality audits on operations staff work.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present quality audit reports to leadership.
• Assist with client system access for new hires.
• Backup to the systems trainer for access and client systems training.
• Conduct ongoing training as business needs dictate.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience training on accounts receivable processes.
• Artiva system experience preferred.
• Experience with various host systems and provider portals.
• Quality auditor experience in a related field.
