• Design, implement, and oversee training and development programs.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with department heads on training strategies.
• Support full-cycle recruitment as needed.
• Deliver engaging onboarding experiences.
• Help maintain HR policies and ensure compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding development opportunities.
• Support various HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of HR experience in training and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Tech-savvy with digital training tools or LMS platforms.
• Detail-oriented and passionate about people development.
