Overview

The CEOT Relationship Manager at City of Hope is responsible for driving business development and managing relationships with patients, caregivers, and referral sources to enhance patient acquisition and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relationship management/sales experience.
• Highly self-motivated with significant judgement.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end functions in relationship management.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated history of high performance.
• Deep relational skills and experience.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
