Overview

The Senior Analyst, Chargemaster and Healthcare Analytics will work closely with internal business partners to develop and implement pricing strategies that meet contractual commitments while minimizing risk. This role requires strong analytical skills and financial acumen to support chargemaster projects.

5+ years of experience in healthcare finance preferred.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare.
5+ years of healthcare experience.
Experience with chargemaster analytics and reimbursement methodologies.
Strong analytical and relationship-building skills.
Advanced Excel skills required.
Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
Knowledge of financial forecasting techniques.
Experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
Ability to work on complex projects.
Self-motivated with attention to detail.
