Senior Golang Developer - Equities - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced backend developer or hands-on team lead to join our backend development team, focusing on building high-performance trading systems and tools for equities and derivatives.

In Short

• Lead the development of trading business systems and manage technical teams.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of trading tools and products.
• Participate in requirement reviews and architecture design.
• Contribute to system improvements and technical challenge resolutions.
• Propose optimization suggestions for business processes.
• Work closely with trading product teams to develop core business modules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in financial/trading systems.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong expertise in high-performance, distributed systems.
• Proficient in Go and one database system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Familiar with Event Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with RESTful API implementation.
