Risk Manager - Remote

Overview

The exchange team develops and maintain a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has since grown with the goal to provide a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze real-time and historical portfolio risk.
• Investigate large position changes or anomalies in market behavior.
• Perform scenario analysis and stress testing across crypto market conditions.
• Provide risk input into product onboarding and reviews.
• Support the build and maintenance of risk dashboards and tools.
• Work with Risk Engineers and Data Team on risk tools deployment.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in market risk, preferably in crypto or fintech.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with SQL for analyzing large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets and derivatives.
• Comfortable interpreting and tweaking risk models.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
