Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Risk Team Lead to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our risk operations. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team focused on identifying and mitigating risks, preventing fraud, and driving data-informed strategies that protect our users and business.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the risk team.
• Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators.
• Conduct detailed analyses of risk trends and develop actionable plans.
• Design and implement fraud prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with the data team on fraud-reduction initiatives.
• Research and implement new risk mitigation strategies.
• Use SQL and other tools for reporting and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a risk-related role.
• Proven experience in fraud prevention programs.
• Strong command of SQL for data reports and dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of subscription-based business models.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in team leadership and coordination.
