• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in credit cards.
• Deep understanding of the U.S. credit card landscape.
• Ability to promote loyalty program mechanics and co-branded partnerships.
• Strong commercial understanding and compelling messaging skills.
• Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets.
• Expertise in paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic DSPs.
• Solid understanding of attribution modeling and A/B testing.
• Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
• Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
