The Creator Growth Manager at Kit will act as a trusted advisor to high-impact accounts, helping them optimize their email strategy and grow their businesses.

Requirements

• 2-4 years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Experience with digital entrepreneurs or B2C SMBs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data fluency in email performance and retention metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and analytics software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
