Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data-related fields.
• 5+ years in people management roles.
• Experience building data functions in high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong strategic thinking and roadmap development skills.
• Exceptional communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Commitment to servant leadership and team development.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
