Crux is the capital markets platform changing the way clean energy and manufacturing projects are financed in the U.S. The company is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to support the growth and scaling of its engineering organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience in dynamic environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• B.S. in computer science or related field.
• Experience in hiring and scaling remote teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
• Commitment to delivering customer value.
• Authorization to work in the US or Canada.

Benefits

• Annual base salary: $230,000-$270,000 USD.
