Requirements

• Proven experience managing large engineering/design teams (30+ people; ideally 50–100).
• Strong background working with enterprise-level clients or projects.
• Ability to create scalable systems for growth, performance, and engagement.
• Experience partnering with recruiting or sales teams to support business growth.
• Familiarity with distributed and multicultural team dynamics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high degree of autonomy.
