Field Franchise Partner Consultant - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to ensure the success of assigned Franchise Partners by acting as a trusted advisor, consulting on profitability, marketing, and operational excellence.

• Establish strong relationships with Franchise Partners
• Act as a liaison between Franchise Partners and Crumbl HQ
• Facilitate networking among Franchise Partners
• Consult on business success and profitability
• Support operational excellence
• Conduct market research for sales improvement
• Document all interactions with Franchise Partners
• Develop marketing strategies based on research
• Review profit and loss statements
• Travel about 50% of the time for field tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting
• Proven track record in business management
• Strong financial literacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Ability to conduct crucial conversations
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Access to reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices
