The Dealer.com Performance Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external clients, ensuring their needs drive priorities and decisions to achieve success through product utilization and revenue retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in retail automotive dealership setting preferred.
  • Proven sales acumen and client engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and screen share technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to learn complex technology.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Passionate about client satisfaction.
