Overview

As a Senior Workday Analyst at CrowdStrike, you will play a critical role in driving talent and compensation initiatives while managing complex operational projects within HR Information Technology.

In Short

  • Design and own Workday Calibration and Succession processes.
  • Partner with global Compensation team on Workday initiatives.
  • Manage high-complexity operations including M&A projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Workday solutions.
  • Lead the functional workstream for Succession Planning.
  • Handle merit and compensation data conversion using advanced EIBs.
  • Act as technical lead for M&A integrations.
  • Drive foundational Workday Compensation projects.
  • Mentor junior team members within HRIT.
  • Own biannual Workday release management for Compensation and Talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Workday experience with deep functional expertise.
  • Advanced configuration skills across HCM, Security, and Compensation.
  • Expert-level EIB and Excel proficiency.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-directed and proactive work style.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Workday Pro certifications are a plus.
