HR Business Partner Generalist - Remote

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects modern organizations. We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our Americas Region as part of the HR Business Partner Team.

In Short

• Support HR Business Partners in implementing programs and policies.
• Build relationships with leaders and employees.
• Produce reports to quantify people business metrics.
• Conduct research and analyze data on assigned projects.
• Assist with the Performance Improvement Process.
• Act as a local advisor on employee-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with employee off-boarding processes.
• Develop programs supporting CrowdStrike’s Culture and Values.
• Work comfortably with remote team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees.
• Guiding leaders through performance management processes.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience with Workday, Google Apps, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organization and follow-through skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to changing priorities.
