Overview

The Hospitality & Experience Specialist at CrowdStrike is responsible for planning and executing premium hospitality experiences at motorsport events, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with brand standards.

• Plan and execute U.S. motorsport events focusing on VIP hospitality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event-led marketing or hospitality.
• Experience executing complex live events.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (20-30%).
• Experience with endurance racing teams is preferred.
• Background in international event logistics.
• Understanding of sponsorship measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and event technology platforms.
• Experience with global itineraries and compliance.
